As you may know we had registered many twitter names. On these we post various articles and news topics about the celeb whose name we registered. It is not our aim to impersonate but just to provide a fan news feed.
We are not sure if twitter can do this but they have taken several names from us. The most notable is @Oprah. We have no problem that oprah has the name now but it would be nice if she had asked or even a twitter representative had emailed us to ask. One day we have the account the next we don't. We had also registered Demi Moore name which has also been suspended at present.
We prefer not to mention the other celebs but I am sure these will go as time drifts on and the pirates steal back names they believe to be theirs to own and do as they please.
We love Oprah and think she does a great job but should people have the right to walk in and take other peoples twitter names. Do web 2.0 companies have the right to shut down various users because they share or are a fan of a particular celeb.

Oprah posted her first tweet a day or so ago. She now has 100,000 followers.
